• This form is to be completed in advance before table space will be assigned.
  • Reservations are taken on a space availability basis, regardless of the type of item(s) sold/offered/displayed.
  • There is a $80 per table use fee. Payment is due upon application.
  • Electricity is availalbe for an additional $20 fee.
  • If you want to stay at the hotel, you will need to reserve and pay for that separately. Hotel information and our nightly conference rate can be found here.
  • All vendors must comply with the hotel policies.
  • Please email vendors@swuuw.org with questions or if you wish to change a booking. All cancellations must be received two (2) weeks in advance of the conference.
  • Tables will be assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. We reserve the right to place each vendor's display table at our discretion.
  • Selling/offering/displaying of item(s) is to take place at designated table(s) only. Vendors are not allowed to circulate around area or to verbally call out to attendees.
  • Products and/or services provided by the vendor will conform with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and/or regulations.
  • Vendors are responsible for removal of any set-ups and/or material at the end of each vending day.
  • SWUUW reserves the right to deny a vendor and provide a full refund of their vendor fee(s) if we deem the product(s) inappropriate or otherwise not in line with the SWUUW mission, value or standards. 
 If you wish to have meals or participate in conference activities, you must register for the conference. Conference registrtion will be available online in late November.
After you complete your form, you will be directed to PayPal where you can pay with a credit or debit card.
