Set up is Friday after 1pm.
Vendor hours are Friday 4pm - 9pm and Saturday 10am - 9pm.
Special needs requests will be processed and honored where possible.
Two artists may share a table, but only one application is required.
One Vendor Space includes one 6' x 4' table and two chairs - Price: $75.00
Electricity to the table is available for an additional $20 fee.
Additionally all Vendors are asked to donate a high-quality item to SWUUW for our Annual Raffle benefiting our scholarships fund. Thank you for your generosity!
SWUUW reserves the right to decline applications. We will review all applications and contact vendors when they have been accepted. No payment is necessary until vendors are accepted.
Please be prepared to upload a couple of images of sample items for sale, as well as your donated raffle item.

No funds are required until your application is accepted.
If you are accepted we will send an email with a link to pay via PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: Hotel lodging is not included in the vendor fee. If you would like to stay at the hotel, you will need to reserve a room and pay for it separately. Please see other SWUUWCon 2019 Conference pages for more information.
